Hi, Permission issue. Try the following methods: 1- Open Regedit.exe on the problem machine. 2- Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\WDI\Config 3- Right click on Config key and select permissions, click Add and select Locations and select Local computername in the list after entering the administrator credentials, Type "NT Service\DPS" without the double quotes, click on Check Names and select DPS and click OK. 4- Now select Allow Read, and click on Advanced, select DPS and select Allow for Query Value, Set Value, Create Subkey, Enumerate Subkeys, Notify and make sure that "Apply to" is set to "This Key and Subkeys". Also make sure that Read control is already selected.
